SimDif today introduced a set of FAQ Pages and Blocks for its Smart and Pro sites. The new page and block type are designed to improve visitor experience and search engine optimization, and offer a user-friendly way for website creators to upgrade their content.
The new FAQ Page is a dedicated space for addressing common questions related to a user's business or activity. It's created just like any other page on a SimDif website, with an option to select the FAQ Page type under "Add a New Page."
In addition to standalone pages, SimDif has introduced FAQ Blocks, which can be added to any page of a site. This flexibility allows site owners to easily integrate FAQs wherever they are most relevant. SimDif ensures these blocks have the right structured data (machine readable code) for search engine recognition.
SimDif Smart and Pro users already have access to these new features, and the company has promised that more new block types are set to be released in the coming weeks.
SimDif encourages users to create FAQs that reflect the language and queries of their clients. Tips include using familiar phrasing for questions and answers, and providing rich, clear responses of at least 3 to 4 lines to maximize usefulness and SEO impact.
